Craftsmanship & Production
Every sword that leaves our factory passes through a complete production line — from raw steel to export-grade packing. Decades of hand-crafting experience are combined with modern equipment, so each order — whether 50 pieces or 5,000 — meets the same standard.
Our workshop covers blade forging, heat treatment, grinding, polishing, fitting and packing. Custom finishes such as antique plating, mirror polishing, acid etching and laser engraving are all done in-house.

- Heat Treatment Controlled quenching and tempering deliver the right hardness and flexibility.
- Grinding & Polishing Multiple grinding stages create the line, mirror or antique finish you need.
